The Bank of International Settlements appears to be a likely reason the "activity" hasn't commenced yet. Even though banks are closed on Monday for the holiday, it is expected that progress reports may become self-evident on that day.
Iraqi TV is broadcasting that Iraq's doors are open to the world........this is considered as an effort to obtain world-wide investors.
