Pre-exchange questions asked at a bank visit

1)       What level of an exchange will this branch be able to handle?

2)      Do you have the ability to verify the currency here in the branch?

3)     Does this branch have a certain volume amount it can handle?

4)      What is the process for exchanges? Do you require an appointment, is it first come first serve?

5)      Will (Bank name) be flexible with the rates?  Will there be room for negotiation to discuss highest rates offered based on the relationship that could be formed with the bank?

6)      Currently what currencies do you see on the screen? 

7)     If you do not have the ability to exchange me at this branch, do you have another branch that may be able to handle my volume?
