Recently on Iraqi TV they were calling for the 2017 budget to be delivered to Parliament for a vote. The expected big announcement that took place earlier today was the "liberation of Mosul has officially begun."

The next (and possibly final) step, as far as the citizens are concerned, is the completion of the economic reforms.
