Iraqi TV is reporting that the United Nations signed an agreement today with the National Alliance concerning the liberation of Mosul and it possibly occurring the same day the national reconciliation takes place. It is anticipated that the law of national reconciliation will be passed in the coming days. A raise in currency is expected to accompany this national reconciliation. smile
