Iraqi TV is reporting that military actions are no longer needed on the right sector of Western Mosul, small areas remain with human shields still being utilized.  Command leaders are saying the battle is finished on the military level.

Leaflets are being dropped in the city informing Isis/Daesh fighters of their inevitable doom.
