An article surfaced indicating that PM Abadi was called on to "curb the depletion of hard currency" due to passport carriers of VISA's exchanging 1,200 dinar for $3,000 USD noting these are currency dealers, not basic travelers indicating in the loss of state funds. (Unless I'm misreading this article)
