First, when you first signed up for text messages, did you receive a welcome text? If not, then more than likely you did not put in the correct cell phone number, or you made a mistake with your cell phone number, and that's why you are not receiving text messages. To fix it you need to go into the subscription page and resubscribe using your email address your first name your last name then your cell phone number no dashes, no 1, just your area code and your phone number is only. Then you will need to make a payment, and after you do you should receive a welcome text message from blogtalk. 

Second, if you live outside the USA you won't be able to receive text messages. 

Third, go to the search bar in your text message, it probably looks like a magnifying glass, put in the word Tony and click enter and see if that finds your text messages. Many of you don't realize that you have a folder of text messages that are often considered spam or blocked numbers. If you find it in that folder by going to your search bar then if you add the following phone number to your phone/text messages contact list... That will tell your cell phone provider that you want them to clear any text messages coming from this number for future reference. They think it's spam and that's why they don't let it go through. The number to add is the Tony blogtalk phone number for text messages...916-938-5913

Fourth, add the phone number I just mentioned to your contacts list so that you get future text messages. Adding this phone number now, you will not receive prior text messages that have been sent. Other than the text message Tony sent on August 30, 2024, which was a test text, he has not sent any text messages since around March 9, 2025. 

Fifth, if all the above does not work, you will need to call your cell phone provider, you will need to give the phone number to them that the text messages are coming from, and you will need to tell them that they are blocking it. Again this is the number you will need to provide them 916-938-5913. 

How to resubscribe for step number one... Go to latest blasts and tweets, go up to the top where it's a step-by-step directions from Tony, in step one you will see the word donation click that, put in your email address double check it, put in your first name your last name, then your cell phone number double check it don't use a one before it just the area code and the numbers no dashes. Scroll up click subscribe you will get a green check that says you are now subscribed scroll up and make your payment of your choice. Upon doing so for the first time putting in this cell phone number you should receive a welcome text from blogtalk.
