Iraqi TV was showing the Isis groups leaving Mosul and fleeing to Syria. They say hundreds are running and small handfuls are left.

Parliament has the 2017 budget, now waiting for an official response.

Just in: Peshmerga forces (Iraqi military) are dancing in streets... all villages assigned to them on the first day were liberated, no indication on how many are left.

PM Abadi on TV giving four candidate selections for defense minister, others will be revealed "in the coming days."
